MIPSS70+ Version 2.0: Mutation and Karyotype-Enhanced International Prognostic Scoring System for Primary Myelofibrosis
we have identified U2AF1Q157 as an additional HMR mutation3 and also defined new sex- and severity-adjusted hemoglobin thresholds that were prognostically more discriminative than hemoglobin < 10 g/dL; the new hemoglobin thresholds included severe anemia, defined by hemoglobin levels of < 8 g/dL in women and < 9 g/dL in men, and moderate anemia, defined by hemoglobin levels of 8 to 9.9 g/dL in women and 9 to 10.9 g/dL in men.4 We conducted a study to consider these new developments and revise MIPSS70+ into MIPSS70+ version 2.0.
