COSCO: Container Orchestration Using Co-Simulation and Gradient Based Optimization for Fog Computing Environments
COSCO is an AI based coupled-simulation and container orchestration framework for integrated Edge, Fog and Cloud Computing Environments. It's a simple python based software solution, where academics or industrialists can develop, simulate, test and deploy their scheduling policies. This repository supplements the research work: "COSCO: Container Orchestration using Co-Simulation and Gradient Based Optimization for Fog Computing Environments", by S. Tuli, S. Poojara, S. N. Srirama, G.Casale and N. R. jennings, accepted in IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), 2021.
